SHIPPING and Handling: Orders are normally mailed from the Philippines by FIRST CLASS mail, which usually takes from 6 to 14 days. To be safe, we recommend you allow three weeks from the time you place your order for delivery. Although most of the items are custom made, delivery still usually should be within this time frame. If your order will be delayed for some reason, we will notify you right away.
Some orders may be mailed from California or Texas in the event we have "couriers" who can bring the orders into the USA for us. However, normally your order will be mailed in about one week from the Philippines. You will receive an e-mail notice when your order has been mailed.
A few orders have a "Shipping and Handling" charge which may include not only the postage but also packaging and handling. Most of our products have the shipping included in the price. We are sorry we cannot be exact on cost of those few products that have shipping added, we try to be as close to the actual costs as possible. If our system overcharges you, we will refund a reasonable amount using a voucher good on your next purchase. If we undercharge you, well, that's business!
Returns: Your satisfaction is our goal. All of our products are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are unhappy with your selection, please return it to SEA-STITCH for a full refund of the purchase price (via a gift voucher good on future purchases), less postage and insurance, anytime within 30 days of receipt of your order.
